What does Zoey do?
We design landing pages, business websites, web apps and mobile apps for small and medium businesses. Landing pages can be ordered from our template library; everything else is designed to your brief.
Which industries do you work with?
Our template library spans many industries: spas and beauty, restaurants, education, real estate, construction, healthcare, retail and services. New businesses and established ones go through the same process.
What does the process look like?
Five steps: understand your needs, design a prototype for you to review and approve, build in short increments, hand over with a walkthrough, then stay on. Once the site is live, we keep tracking errors and speed.
Can I preview and request changes?
Yes. You click through a prototype before we write code and give feedback right there. During development, every phase ends with a working build for you to check.
How do I know where the project stands?
Every week we send a progress report on Zalo: what is done, what comes next and what needs your approval. Each increment ends with a working build you can check yourself.
How long does it take?
A landing page takes about 1 week and a business website about 3 weeks, counted from when you approve the prototype and send the content. Web apps and mobile apps are scheduled in phases.
How much does a website or landing page cost?
A landing page built from a template: Web 2D from 3M VND, Web 3D from 5M VND, paid once, plus an annual fee from 2M VND paid upfront. Custom landing pages, business websites, web apps and mobile apps depend on pages, features and content, so we offer a free consultation and then send a written quote; if the scope stays the same, there are no extra costs. What does the annual fee cover?
The annual fee starts from 2M VND, paid upfront, and covers hosting, a domain in your name, https, backups and uptime monitoring.
Whose name is the domain in?
Yours. The domain is registered in your name from the start; its renewal is covered by the annual fee.
Will the site work well on phones and show up on Google?
Yes. Every page is designed for phones first, with fast loading and technical SEO built in from the first version.
Do you build apps for both iOS and Android?
Yes. One codebase runs on both iOS and Android, and we handle the full App Store and Google Play release process.
What support do you give after handover?
At handover we walk your team through the site and send user documentation. Bugs found in the first 3 months are fixed free of charge. If something goes wrong, message us on Zalo or call us directly. New features are quoted separately.
